Ondo State Security Network Agency, also know as Amotekun has debunked reports that an attack on the Corps by Fulani herders claim the lives of two of it's personnel, at Ago Sanusi along Ute Road in Owo, headquarters of Owo Local Government Areas of Ondo State.
There were reports that the head of operation of Amotekun security outfit in Owo, identified as Oluwasesan Adebayo was also missing in the attack.
The state Commander of the Amotekun, Adetunji Adeleye while speaking with Journalists in Akure described the reports as a misinformation.
Adeleye who noted that a farmer whose name was not revealed had earlier been abducted by the attackers in the area and his corpse was later found said four suspects have were arrested in the Owo operation
The Amotekun commander assured residents of their safety but advised them to always avail the security outfit with reliable information about suspected criminals in their communities.
