Edo state governor, Godwin Obaseki, has thanked the people of the state and APC supporters across Nigeria for standing by him.
Obaseki speaking vis his twitter account, said he has been able to know that the people love him over what he called an unjust disqualification from the state APC primaries.
"I want to sincerely appreciate Edo people, Nigerians and our brothers and sisters in the Diaspora, for the outpouring of goodwill and solidarity since the announcement of my unjust disqualification by @OfficialAPCNg from the Edo guber pry election. I thank you for keeping faith."
While some are commending the govenor for his giant strides some console with him saying he should take the announcement in good fate.
"Obaseki you have done well even tho you never do anything for Akoko-Edo wey i come from.. We are behind you" Teacher pikin said.

Ademola Baaki, berated the committe for takingnsuch step.
Meanwhile, @Ekhatorefos, said the people of the state don't know the impact of Obaseki in the sObaseki.
"Many Edo people don't know what Obaseki has done for them
Obaseki loved his people more than he loved power. He could have easily filled the bellies of the godfathers and gotten the tickets but instead he had more commitment to his people."
