Student to sue army for 1 billion Naira

The casualty's legal advisor, Mr. Tope Akinyode, said in an announcement that since the occurrence, Madubuezi and his family had experienced a ton. 

Akinyode, who is likewise the National President of Revolutionary Lawyers' Forum, stated, "As they have both taught, we'll request that the court propel the Nigerian Army to pay N1bn remuneration. The claim will be recorded for the current week." 

Reeports say, the casualty was in a business Tricycle (Keke) going to Port Harcourt Polytechnic, when he was hit by a wanderer slug in his grasp and left leg. 

The slug penetrated through his left leg and hit an old lady close to him. 

The person in question, who promptly swooned couldn't be treated in three distinct clinics until his leg was later removed at the Holy Trinity Hospital, Port Harcourt on September 25, 2017. 

Akinyode said, The Nigerian Army didn't foot the clinical treatment of Madubuezi and didn't offer him pay and never tried to help him in any capacity regardless of the unbearable desolation and endless harm they have done on the man. 

At the point when the casualty composed the Nigerian Army to request N150m pay, the military specialists pledged not to give him a dime.
