Personal Assistant on New Media to President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bashir Ahmad, Muhammadu Buhari says Npower portal will reopen for fresh applications.
Revealing this on his twitter handle, Ahmad said the portal will open by 11:45pm tonight.
He however urged applicants to visit https://npower.fmhds.gov.ng/signup to register for the programme.
