Reactions: Churches, Mosques, others to submit reopening guidelines

Nigerians have attacked the federal government and the presidential task force on covid-19 saying the covid-19 cases in the country are not real.

This is as the director general of the Nigeria centre for disease control NCDC, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu, asked professional groups and faith-based organisations, including churches and mosques, to submit guidelines for reopening to the NCDC to review and advise.

Ihekweazu stated this at a press conference of the presidential task force on covid-19.

At the press conference Minister of health, Osagie Ehanire, said covid-19 patients, who spent a long period at isolation centres were at the risk of depression, adding that government planned to deploy psychologists in isolation centres to take care of such patients.

Ayomidamola Lusty Adejoro  on covid19 if spiritual warfare is the answer to it nobody dispute that but they should pray from their house without that the prophecy of bill gate will come to pass on Africans particularly Nigerians.

om'oghenedennis orido yes, only spiritual warfare in christ jesus is capable of defeating coronavirus, any other plague or pestilence, not any medical or scientific approach based on human reasoning. The merchants or those individuals and their families, who're feeding fat on covid-19 should prepare for the worst, not the innocent nigerians. Good day
